EQUINE FACILITATED LEARNING

EFL sessions bring together horses and people in a safe, supervised space, designed to elicit positive and empowering interaction. To be considered successful an EFL session really only has to leave the facilitator, client and horse with a good feeling.

ENJOYING THE FARM

The farm has a lot to offer including the animals (pony, llamas, goats, dogs, cat, chooks and the native animals and birds that choose to live here). There are also large vegetable and flower gardens, along with the native bush to explore.

ACTIVITIES

The Activity Room allows clients to enjoy arts and crafts, reading, playing games and puzzles, simple cooking, watching a dvd and all with an animal or sensory theme. The room is heated and air conditioned and also allows space for a client just to relax.
